Hello Friends!

I have some wonderful and exciting news for you all!  I am going to be teaching in EVER AFTER 2018 hosted by the amazing Tamara Laporte!  What is even more exciting is that I can give away 1 space on this magical new collaborative art course!  Keep reading if you want to find out more about EVER AFTER and if you want to learn how you can win that spot!

 

First let me tell you a little bit more about Ever After in case you haven't heard about it yet!  “Ever After” is a mixed media art  & style development course with a fairytale theme hosted by Tamara Laporte from Willowing Arts. Tam is joined by 14 popular mixed media art teachers who will all share beautiful fairy-tale & myth inspired lessons with you AND they will also divulge all their hints and tips on how they developed their own style and how YOU TOO can find your own unique voice as an artist! 🙂 Yay!

 

You can find out all the deets (and sign up with the Early Bird price) by clicking HERE.  My chosen fairy tale is Rapunzel!!!  My lesson will be inspired by this fairy tale, I have some fabulous ideas cooking! I've not fully developed my class idea yet, but I believe that my lesson will be something much like you can see in this painting:

    Ever after is an amazing project. I participated in last two years. Since my childhood I like fairy tales, so painting these diverse lessons is very inspiring for me and brings me a lot of joy. I love lesson Red Shoes with Kara Bullock from Ever After 2017.

    I’ve recently started doing the online class and discovered that doing online art classes really helps my mood. I have chronic pain from a spinal cord injury and a few other health challenges. Doing art makes me feel so much better. Especially art healing classes like I’ve been doing under Tam. I love getting to know other artists too and learning new styles.

    Hi! Thanks for the opportunity to try for a free spot on Ever After. I love both the traditional fairy tales and the more modern ‘twists’ that come out every so often. With magical beasts and fairy folk, strong themes, not to mention beautiful gowns of velvet and lace…what’s not to love? I’ve lost my mojo recently, after a bereavement, and would love to get a boost to get back in there and paint.

    I would like to join Ever After because now is the time for me! I am a Mother of 3 and a full time supervisor and life is crazy busy. I will be losing my job of 31 years this year due to some restructuring and rather than be bitter, I choose to look at this as God telling me to slow down and enjoy life! I’m going to take a couple of months off (I get severance pay), and breathe before I work on finding a new job. I would love to be able to create Art during this “breathe time”
