That is a great question! I cry a lot!!! Just kidding! When my schedule is packed or I don’t have the energy, I will try to get a quick sketch done in one of my journals or sketch books. I bought a small one for this purpose…to get something down sort of quickly. I am often composing many pieces in my head when I don’t have time. A quick sketch with some notes helps me to remember what I wanted to do when I finally do have time. When I finally have a chunk of time, I vomit a lot of art!!! 😀
