LET’S FACE IT – 2024

I love this course. I took LFI 2022 and I absolutely loved it and couldn’t wait to sign up for 2023. The projects to date have been excellent and well thought out and all if the instructors make it look so easy! Taking this class and learning and gaining confidence in my portraits is worth every penny.

this is my 4th year.. and every year the course keeps getting better and better. There are so many talented artists teaching their techniques and offering advice, each week.. you might feel overwhelmed but its at your own pace. The community on Facebook is encouraging, helpful and will keep you looking forward to each weeks class. Kara surprises us with art auctions and mini classes.. so you never have a week without something new to learn. No pressure arting, and lots of fun. I think I am in for a lifetime now.

This is my second year with Let’s Face It. I am not a gifted artist, I just love the vision of creating something worthwhile This program offers a different lesson each with a wide variety of artist/teachers and a different challenge. It is like going to art school via your computer. You can follow along step-by-step to create the most fabulous art or you can use the lesson as a jumping off point to explore the method a bit deeper. You will find your voice and explore methods you never thought that you would try. It is wonderful, exciting, challenging, and so worth it. Where can you find such a value other than right here on Let’s Face It. Oh, and the posting on FB, what a treat to see so many interpretations of the same lesson. It is such a value in so many ways

As a new artist after I retired during the pandemic, I thought I could only draw stick figures and color with crayons. But then my wife introduced me to Kara Bullock’s art community and classes. We signed up together for Let’s Face It 2022, and I found out that with excellent step by step instruction even I could create some amazing portraits in many different styles and media. My family and friends are stunned by many of my portraits of everyday people and even family members. I love the supportive Kara Bullock Art community which always finds something positive to highlight about my pieces. Now I am taking the new Let’s Face It 2023 class, and this year I am able to create some amazing portraits freehand, using all the drawing and painting knowledge and practice from the 2022 class. Love every weekly lesson, and all the many different instructors and styles!!
