Can I use a coupon for tuition?
Coupons are not accepted to discount the studio workshop classes. In the event that a coupon is accepted by the system, a refund for the class will be issued, and the student will need to sign up again.
Do I need a car?
You can also use Uber or Lyft as the studio is only about 4 miles from the hotels listed. If you do not want to use any of these options, you can rent a car.
Can I get a refund on a workshop that I have paid for?
Due to our limited class sizes, workshop tuition is non-refundable.
However, if you are unable to attend and the workshop is sold out with a wait list, please contact us. We will offer your spot to the next person on the wait list. If we are able to fill your spot, your tuition will be refunded, minus a $75 administrative fee.
If the workshop is not sold out or we are unable to fill your spot from the wait list, we are unable to issue a refund.

Are workshops ever cancelled?
If the workshop does not meet the minimum enrollment, it may be cancelled. You will be notified at least 30 days before the workshop and will receive a full refund. In the rare event that a workshop must be cancelled due to an emergency or circumstances beyond our control, all workshop tuition will also be refunded in full.
What can I do if I want to take a workshop that is sold out?
If you are interested in a workshop that has sold out, please email kara@karabullockart.com or you can sign up for the wait list. You will be informed should a spot open up.
