Where do I park?
There is a parking lot attached to the backside of the studio that you are welcome to park in for FREE!!
What airport do I fly into?
You will fly into the John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana, California
What hotel should I stay at?
Hotels within ten minutes include:
- Country Inn and Suites
- Fairfield Inn and Suites
- Residence Inn
- Most hotels include airport shuttle and free breakfast. Check websites to confirm.
Can I use a coupon for tuition?
Coupons are not accepted to discount the studio workshop classes. In the event that a coupon is accepted by the system, a refund for the class will be issued, and the student will need to sign up again.
Do I need a car?
Some hotels will shuttle you to the studio, but be sure to call and ask first. You can also use Uber or Lyft as the studio is only about 4 miles from the hotel listed. If you do not want to use any of these options, you can rent a car.
Can I get a refund on a workshop that I have paid for?
Due to limited class size, payment is non-refundable, but is transferable ONLY if the workshop sells out. If you purchase a workshop and are unable to attend, AND if there is a wait list for the course, we will put you in contact with the first person on the wait list for the workshop. If that person agrees, he/she can pay you for your spot in the course. Once that transaction is completed, we will substitute that person for your spot in the course. If you are unable to attend the workshop, and the workshop has not sold out with a wait list, we will not be able to refund your purchase.
Are workshops ever cancelled?
If the event does not reach the minimum number of participants, workshop may be cancelled. Participants would receive a full refund in this situation and would be notified at least 2-4 weeks in advance. For this reason, it is suggested that participants purchase insurance on any scheduled flights so that they may get a refund on cancelled flights.
In the very rare event of an emergency or unavoidable natural disaster or act of God, the class may be cancelled. If this is to happen, students will be fully reimbursed.
What can I do if I want to take a workshop that is sold out?
If you are interested in a workshop that has sold out, please email Kara at email@example.com. We will put you on a wait list and inform you if a space in the workshop opens.
