Are you a creative individual that is ready to jump into teaching or get your creative business up and running but feel like you just can't do it? Do you feel scared about putting yourself out there? Do you have so many ideas running through your mind that you can't get them down fast enough or can't get clarity on how to put them into action? Are you having a tough time understanding how to prioritize your time? If you said YES to any or all of these questions, then this mentorship is for you! I know just how scary it can be to put yourself out there because I have been doing it for the past 20 years! I also understand how important clarity and vision can be to running a successful, creative business. Sometimes we need someone to hold our hand through the process. I am here to tell you that you CAN do it, and I will be your personal guide!

- Initial welcome private phone call with Kara (30 minutes)
- Weekly FB live times in our private FB group (one per week). Times will be negotiated as a group
- Worksheets for goal setting
- Online field trips
- Bi-weekly project
- Peer-review of project
Learning Objectives:

- Building a Creative Platform for your Business
- This portion will not guide you in building a website, but will help define what you want for your website. To learn about building a website take a look at our business class, I.CREATE.ONLINE.
Also during weeks 3-4:
- Weekly FB live times in our private FB group (one per week). Times will be negotiated as a group
- Bi-weekly project
- Online field trips
- Peer Review of ongoing projects

Also during weeks 5-6:
- Weekly FB live times in our private FB group (one per week). Times will be negotiated as a group

Course Curriculum and Student Expectations
CURRICULUM
This course is designed with the individual in mind! At the beginning of the course I will meet with each student, by phone, to discuss your desired outcome for the course. That initial phone call along with a questionnaire, will guide me as I create an individualized mentoring plan for you. The idea behind this course is to understand your personal goals and help you to reach those.
EXPECTATIONS
This course will run much like a college course. We will have weekly meetings at set times, and assignments/projects to help you meet your personal goals that you set at the beginning of the course. To get the most out of this mentoring program, it is recommended that you complete all of the weekly assignments and come to the weekly meetings. This course will require blood, sweat, and tears, but I promise you it will be a rewarding experience!
COURSE REQUIREMENTS
- A computer with Internet access
- Email account
- Facebook account
- Journal
- Willingness to work hard
- Create at least one teaching video to share
- Peer-reviews
***It is not required, but highly recommended that you take I.TEACH.ONLINE and I.CREATE.ONLINE. prior to or along with this program. The next session of I.TEACH.ONLINE and I.CREATE.ONLINE. open on August 30th.
